By submitting this form, I agree to follow all masjid guidelines and expectations. All events must maintain the sanctity of Masjid Al-Ikhlaas and reflect Islamic values. This includes observing modest dress, maintaining appropriate behavior, and ensuring gender separation where applicable. Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and music are strictly prohibited. Only halal food is allowed, and organizers are responsible for cleanup and returning any used furniture to its original state. No fundraising or sales are allowed without prior approval from the ISGM team. Setup and cleanup must be included in the requested time. Any damage to the facility will be the responsibility of the organizer. The masjid reserves the right to decline or cancel events that go against its mission or these terms. Organizers are also responsible for the conduct of all guests, including children.
